JOSHUA RUBIN

Joshua Rubin is a Trial Attorney at Rubin & Machado. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2009, where he majored in History. He completed his legal education at Loyola University of Chicago, earning his law degree in 2012. Mr. Rubin was admitted to the Bar in the same year and is also admitted to practice in the Northern District and Central District Federal Courts. During his time in law school, he was a member of the Health Law Journal.

Mr. Rubin commenced his career as a Defense Attorney, specializing in representing medical providers such as Hospitals, Doctors, and Nursing Homes in malpractice and negligence cases. His experience in this role provided him with valuable insights into the case valuation and evaluation processes, as well as a deep understanding of his clients' concerns, which he effectively leverages in analyzing his cases.
